What is trade show/event marketing? Having been in this field for over 35 years, I think about this often. For the most part it’s similar to other marketing initiatives with the caveate that it’s mainly interactive. It’s a form of interpersonal communications. You have the opportunity to get to know prospects and customers in a face to face environment. I think I’ll explore this ongoing at a later date since the interpersonal interaction available makes this a unique environment to get to know customer needs.
